Roadstar high intensity 100% polyester reflective fabric is suitable for all types of garments, uniforms,vest, bags, etc.


GENERAL DESCRIPTION  

RS-921 reflective fabric is composed of wide angle, exposed retro-reflective lenses bonded with a special polymer layer to 100% polyester fabric backing.

Intermediate layer: An Eco-friendly glue adhered high-index reflectivity & Metalized glass beads;
Bottom layer: 100% Polyester fabric.


PRECAUTIONS

Washing guide:
Neutral detergent and wash is recommended. Do not use hot water that over 40 degree. Avoid soaking for a long time.Do not spin to dry.

Storage:

It should be store in the storehouse, where the condition is ventilated, dry and cool. The suitable temperature is between 10~40℃, the humidity is less than 70%.

What is the difference between RS-921 abd RS-922 reflective fabric?

RS-921 is EN 20471 Class 1 certificated while RS-922 is EN 20471 class 2 certificated. 

What is the difference between RS-921 abd RS-821 reflective fabric?

RS-921 is 100% polyester backing while RS-821 is TC backing. 

How do reflective materials work?

Reflective fabric uses the principle of retro reflection. The highly reflective glass beads coated in the surface of the cloth. Each bead is a rounded mirror that shines light back directly to its source, regardless of the angle which the light shines. A car's driver can see a person wearing the clothing with reflective fabric even it is 300 meters far away.
