APPLICATION

Cut the luminescent film into different shape, it is suitable for the flowing occasion.


1.Identification of position: The film can be posted on the surface of switches, remote control panel, plug, socket, lock, flashlight, door handles, handrails, fire fighting equipment, fire alarm, life-saving appliances,and so on. It can identify the position, which is easy to use. 


2.Safety signs: It works as warning effect when posted on emergency evacuation routes, subway stations, underground tunnels, air defense projects, dance halls, cinemas, supermarkets, stores, hospitals, railway stations, airports, wharf and so on. 


DESCRIPTION

ROADSTAR Phosphorescence also known as luminescent film. It utilize alkaline earth aluminate, silicate, acrylic material which are activated by rare earth elements. The film glows with high intensity at initial time, which continues a long time. It also features a good weather resistance, well printability and excellent plotter cutting performance.


Luminescent film is non-toxic, non-radioactive, and have stable chemical features, which can be used in screen printing. It also features a fine flexibility.


PRECAUTIONS
  1. Handle it on the plant surface. The Optimum operating temperature should be 10~40℃.
  2. The film can be cut into different shape, and be posted on places like telephone or switches, acting as decoration or direction.
  3. After screen printing and letter printing, the film can keep glowing.
  4. Before posting, you should clean the surface of the object where it will be posted. To make sure there have no oil and dust.
  5. This luminescent film possesses a certain features of expansion and contraction. Hence, the sliced film can’t be thrown into anywhere, it should be put between something or be pressed by heavy object to prevent deformation and curling. 
  6. Tear out the release paper when using it. Put the luminescent film on the cleaned object by a certain pressure. Be attention to the corner. 
  7. To ensure various intensity of light, the same type with different No. would show some chromatic aberration.
  8. Each roll of luminescent film might have a joint. 
  9. The remaining film should be tied tight.
Packing: roll or sheet foam packing with plastic film.
Storage: It should be store in the storehouse, where the condition is ventilated, dry and cool. The suitable temperature is between 10~40℃, the humidity is less than 70%.
